Filmed where the conversation lives.
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts  ×  El Planeta
01 The brief

2 years of Rompiendo Mitos.
Year 3 goes to the street.

Over 2 seasons, Rompiendo Mitos has built an audience that shows up, stays engaged, and trusts the conversation.

Year 3 kept the same format and filmed it on location in Lynn and Revere, where that audience already is.

Video outperforms

Reels earned 5× the click-through of carousels (3.06% vs. 0.58%). Year 3 leads with video and uses the other formats to support it.

71%

The decision-makers

71% of engagement came from women and 63% from adults 55+, the audience that makes most household health decisions.

02 Objective
Reach Latino families where health decisions get made, and give them clear questions to ask at their next medical appointment.
03 Strategic pillars

3 myths to break, turned into questions.

Myth #1
Affordability
«Got a surprise medical bill?»«¿Te llegó una factura médica inesperada?»
What care actually costs, and what to ask before you overpay.
Myth #2
Choosing where to go
«Was it really an emergency?»«¿Era realmente una emergencia?»
Where people go for care, and the options beyond the ER.
Myth #3
Language & culture
«No one speaks your language at the doctor?»«¿Nadie habla tu idioma en el médico?»
Getting care and understanding a diagnosis in your own language.
04 Creative concept

Documentary street interviews.

Filmed on location in Lynn and Revere.

Each of the 3 topics runs around 60 seconds, anchored by Rosanna Marinelli and shot on location in the streets and neighborhoods of Latino Boston. Filming here changes the energy of the conversation, and the audience feels it.
